Final Order / Judgement
Case record put up today. Learned Counsel Shri A.Pakyntein appeared for the Complainant. Opposite party present through Shri Narayan, Manager of Furniture King. After hearing submission of both parties, the Commission directs the Opposite party (Furniture King) to refund 60 per cent of the amount on return of the Sofa.
 
The Complainant shall return the Sofa and refund will be made only after Complainant has return back the Sofa.
 
The entire exercise shall be carried out within two weeks. The Opposite party (Furniture King) shall collect the Sofa from the resident of the Complainant preferably within two weeks. It is made clear in the event, if the Complainant fails to return the Sofa as directed above, the Opposite Party (Furniture King) shall not refund the 60 per cent.
