This case is coming on today before this Forum in the presence of the complainant, who appeared in person and the 1^st opposite party, who appeared in person and the 2^nd opposite party having been set ex-parte, this Forum made the following:-

 

ORDER

 

(Per Smt. H.V. Ramana, Member & President (FAC))

           

This is a complaint filed by the complainant U/Sec.12 of Consumer Protection Act 1986 to direct the opposite parties to pay the cost of consignment Rs.2,200/-; pay courier charges paid Rs.100/-; pay costs of emails, postal charges, Xeroxes & conveyance etc. Rs.500/-; pay Rs.3,000/- as compensation for loss of reputation, mental agony; and pay cost of litigation Rs.1,000/-.

2.         Both parties filed joint memo stating that the matter is settle out of Forum and the same may be not pressed.  Hence, the complaint is dismissed.
