Final Order

The complainant is present through his Ld. Advocate. We take up the complaint for hearing on the point of its admissibility. During argument it is noticed by us that though the complainant has filed several documents at the time of filing this complaint, but there is no document which corroborates the averment of the complaint. As the complainant has failed to annex any cogent document in support of his allegation as made out in the petition of complaint, hence the complaint does not stand.

Hence

              it is ordered,

                                         that the C. C. No. 149/2018 is dismissed without being admitted on the ground of want of cogent documents. However, the complainant is at liberty to approach by filing the complaint annexing the cogent documents in support of his allegation, if not barred otherwise. There is no order as to cost.

Let  plain copy of this order be supplied to the parties as per CPR, 2005.
