                         Complainant NO.1 is present. Heard. Perused the complainant petition and documents available on record. The contents of the complainant petition and prayer therein  does not disclose a case of deficiency in service on the part of the OP.  The letter dt.11.02.2020 of the OP disclose that the complainants have not complied with the Rules for obtaining subsidy loan scheme and hence there is no deficiency in service on the part of the OP. Further  the case is not maintainable jointly.

                 Accordingly the case is dismissed as not admitted.

          Pronounced in the open Forum  to-day  i.e the  25^th  day of   February ’  2020.
