JDr-2 files Memo with Cheque for Rs.1,51,544/- drawn in the name of 1^st Complainant.  It is further submitted that Rs.1,25,000/- is in deposit in the Hon’ble State Commission in Appeal No. 5050/2010 which was disposed on 11.01.2011 and the said amount has to be paid to the Decree Holder.  This satisfies the entire Order.  The said Cheque is received by Sri. KRK for the Decree Holder.

The 2^nd Decree Holder i.e., mother of the deceased demanded entire amount to go, but however as the 1^st Decree Holder, father of the deceased had made certain commitments, the Decree Holders are directed to keep Rs.1,00,000/- of this Cheque amount in Fixed Deposit in the name of the 2^nd Decree holder for 5 years in any nationalized / scheduled Bank and she is entitled to quarterly periodical interest.

Office is directed to write to Hon’ble State commission for sending Rs.1,25,000/- to this Forum.  On receipt of the said amount of Rs.1,25,000/-, issue Cheque in the name of the 2^nd Decree Holder on proper identification and it shall be kept in Fixed Deposit in the name of 2^nd Decree holder in any Nationalized/Scheduled Bank for 5 years.
