                                                          ORDER..

          The  present disputes arises out of the complaint petition filed by the above named complainant alleging deficiency in service  against  afore mentioned O.Ps for non supply of documents.

       On being noticed the O.Ps had  supplied documents to the  complainant.                                         

During the course of hearing the complainant has filed a memo  submitted that the documents  as required had received from the   O.P. Hence the complainant  is not interested to proceed the case further and wants  to close the case for the best interest  of justice.

       Heard. Memo is allowed. Perused the documents filed by the complainant.

 

       Accordingly the case is closed.
