Lalit Mohan Versus EO MC YNR.

CC No. 368 of 2016.

 

Present: Sh. Sudesh Sharma, Advocate, counsel for complainant. 

 

                        Counsel for the complainant made a statement recorded separately that there is some technical defect in the present complaint, so, he withdraws the same and prayed for returning the original documents.

                        In view of the aforesaid statement made by the counsel for the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. The Assistant is directed to return the original documents, if any, to the complainant after retaining the photo copies of the same on the file. Copy of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
