        Appeal is taken up for admission hearing at 12.30 p.m.  None has appeared for appellant.  Perusal of earlier daily proceedings shows that none had appeared for appellant on  25.11.2011, 10.2.2012, 11.4.2012 & 29.6.2012.  Last chance was also given on 29.6.2012 to the appellant when appeal came to be adjourned. We are thus satisfied that appellant is not interested in pursuing the appeal.  Hence appeal is dismissed in default.
