Parties are present. As per the terms of settlement as agreed upon at the pre-conciliation sitting, the O.Ps have deposited a sum of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees twenty thousand) only for the full and final settlement of the dispute. The complainant personally present and has received the settlement amount of Rs.25.000/- in cash and he has filed a memo stating therein that he does not want to proceed further in this case, as a token of evidence he has also sign on the money receipt.

        In view of the matter, the complaint is dismissed as compromise.
