- During the pendency of these proceedings, it was informed on 17.06.2022, that the complainant is no more. Hence notice was issued to the legal representatives of deceased original complainant. Since, this Commission did not know the name and details of the legalheirs of the deceased complainant, it was addressed to the complainant himself. But the said registered notice returned with endorsement “addressee deceased”. The legal heirs did not take receipt of the notice. They left the communication as unclaimed.
- On 20.07.2022, counsel for deceased complainant sought a last chance for impleading LRs of deceased original complainant. Hence complaint was posted to 30.08.2022. On 30.08.2022, there was no representation for the LRs of deceased complainant.
- Hence we presume that the LRs are not interested in proceeding with this complaint. Complaint is closed as abated.
