In view of natation LOK Adalat, case record was put up today. Asst Engineer (Electricity Dept.)  O.P division was informed about the pendency of the case. He submitted that within 2 (two days he will submit current status of the grievances of the complainant. On his request next date is fixed as 11/03/2022    for submitting current Status of this case as there is a letter of department concern mentioning herein that Electricity connection at consumer has been disconnected owing to being nonfunctional at the concerned transformer.

Case record is put up before the national Lok Adalat Bench. Complainant kamal kishor is present on the other hand Executive Engineer has sent a letter regarding redressal of grievance of complainant it has been mentioned that as per the report of the junier eng. Electricity supply department during the non-function of the transformer, whatever bill was raised by the department that has been adjusted for Rs 2328/ (Two thousand three hundred twenty eight only).

Since grievance of the complainant has been redressed and complainant has got installed fresh connection from the O.P department. So keeping in view the above facts and circumstances this case is here by disposed - of as settled.
