Complaint is filed to refund the excess amount paid to the opposite parties by way of demand notice issued complying the order as per the direction of Hon’ble High Court of Kerala dated.04-04-2014 in WP(C) No/24802/2010. Opposite parties filed interim application  challenging the maintainability of the complaint stating that complainant has to approach Hon’ble High Court, for any grievance in the said demand notice.

As per the order in IA, preliminary issue found in favour of opposite parties.  In the light of the above observation complaint is dismissed as not maintainable without going to the merits of the case.
