The Advocate for the complainant filed a Memo stating therein that the O.Ps have already recived the bill and the complainant has no any further claim against the O.P and prayed to close the case.

On perusal of the record it is found that on dt.05.02.2019 the Advocate for the O.P party filed a petition stating therein that they have received the bill amount and issued new bill to the petitioner and prayed for a directs on the complainant to pay the balance amount and also to pay the montly charges on regular basis.

The paryer of the O.P Party is not tenable as per Law under C.P Act . Hence rejected. However the O.P is at liberty to collect the bill amount followeing the procedure as pescribed.

in view of the memo filed by the Learned Advocate for the complainant that the claim of complainant is already complied with the satisfaction of the complainant ,the case is dropped and Disposed of accordingly
