The Advocate for the complainant filed a memo stating therein in that the O.ps have already revised the bill and the complainant has no any further claim against the O.P and prayed to drop the case.

On perusal of the record it is found that on dt.05.02.2019 the Advocate for the O.P party filed a petition stating therein that they have revised the bill amount and issued new bill to the petitioner and prayed for a direction to the complainant to pay the balance amount and also to pay the monthly charges on regular basis

The prayer of the O.PP party is not tenable in the eye of  law under C.P Act. . Hence, rejected. However, the O.P is at liberty to collect the bill amount following the procedure as prescribed.

In view of the memo filed by the Learned Advocate for the complainant that the claim of complainant is already complied with the satisfaction of the complainant, the case is dropped and disposed of accordingly.
