Complainant present through his advocate and argued on the point of admission.
Heard argument, perused the petition and documents filed by the Complainant, by through verification of electric bill issued by WESCO in favour of the Complainant and so also from the letters and documents filed by the Complainant if is clearly revealed that electric supply was given to the Complainant for “Industrial Supply” for a load of 9.00 KW and the perused electric bill is for an amount of Rs.1,75,069 which is evidently electric supply was given to the premises of the Complainant for commercial purpose and as per the Provision enumerated under Sec 2 (d) (I) and (II) of the C .P. Act 1986, the Complainant is not a consumer under the said Act.
Hence owing to Provision of C.P. Act 1986 Sec 2d (I) (II), the Complainant filed by the Complainant is dismissed.
