             Complainant absent. Advocate for the Ops present. On perusal of case record it is seen      that   in all most all the dates the complainant. Has remained absent which  seems that he is not interested to prosecute his case. To day no step is taken by him and he is also absent. Hence this case is dismissed for default on the part of the complainant.
