Order-  Respondent do furnish a bill from February 1991 to october 1992 at the rate of 43 units per month and submit further bill from octobedr 1992 with the meter reading of 1909 units till this quarter. The respondent shall give set off to the amount of Rs.698/- from the above tills.  The balnce amount shall be paid by the complainant  within the time that may be allowed by the respondent.  The respondent further to pay Rs.100/- as cost of this litigation, which may be adjusted in the current bills.
