Case record advance to by the strength of petition filed by the complainant.

The complainant and O.P field a memo of compromise stating therein that they have amicably settled their dispute said memo is taken into record and be formed part of this order.

Heard the parties it is seen that complaint has settled her disputed amicably and there is no any pressure or under influence form any corner .Hence, compromise is allowed with the following direction.

The O.P shall transfer/adjust the disputed amount of Rs.7,840.30/- to the consumer No.903013140001 and the security deposited  amount with respect to said old consumer no  is to be transferred/adjusted to the new consumer number of the complainant within a period of 4 week from the date of receive of this order.

             Complaint is disposed of accordingly.
