JUDGEMENT

        The  present disputes arises out of the complaint petition filed by the above named complainant alleging deficiency in service  against  afore mentioned O.Ps for revision of electrical  bill .                           

Upon  Notice, the O.Ps put in their appearance  in person and filed written version in which  they refuting allegation made against them.  The O.Ps    taking one and another pleas in the written version   sought to dismiss the complaint as it is not maintainable  under the C.P. Act. The facts which are not specifically admitted may be treated  as denial of the O.Ps . Hence the O.Ps   prays the District commission to dismiss the case against  them  to meet the ends of justice.

Heard from the  O.Ps.  and from  the learned counsel  for the complainant.  Perused the record, documents, written version   filed by the parties..

The   O.Ps   advanced arguments  vehemently touching the points both on the facts  as well as on  law.

 

FINDINGS.

            On perusal of the  written version  filed by the O.P. it is revealed  that after filing of the  C.C. case   the O.Ps  revised the bill and sent to the complainant.

            The learaned counsel for the  complainant also agreed  the revision of the bill  filed by the O.Ps.  Hence there is no deficiency  in service on the part of the O.Ps.  The complainant is directed to deposit the consumption revised bill in the counter of the O.Ps  positively on installment  including  present  consumption bill.

            As the O.Ps have  revised the  Electrical bill of the consumer  No. 311202600135  accordingly the case is closed. Parties are left to bear their own cost.
