JUDGMENT

                The  present dispute arises out of the complaint petition filed by the above named complainant alleging deficiency in service  against  afore mentioned O.Ps for imposed penalty a sum of Rs.98,591/-  against  under section -126 of the  Electricity Act.

 

            The complainant is absent on repeated call.  It presumes the complainant is not interested to proceed the case further.

 

            On perusal of the record this forum observed  the present case  is not maintainable before the forum. Hence  the case is dismissed,

 

            The  complainant  is directed to approach the appropriate forum having jurisdiction. The interim order passed on Dt. 6.4.2015  by this forum stands vacated.
