ORDER

ORDER Today Jdr. No- 1 & 2 produced under warrant by the police. The learned advocate for Dhr present and learned advocate for Jdr- 1 & 2 is also present. Jdr- 1 & 2 gave written request to grant some more time, as they have prepared estimate for to provide additional power supply to the pumpsets of the complainant and to avoid over loading to the transformer fixed to the said pumpsets. Dhr also personally present and submitted his no objection to provide some more time to Jdr- 1 & 2 to complete the work as undertaken in the request letter and fulfilled his no objection to release the Jdrs. In view of the circumstances stated above, the learned advocate for Dhr & Jdrs request us to close the EP with a liberty to file the fresh EP, if in case of non compliance of the requirements as undertaken by Jdrs in the request letter. Hence EP is closed with a liberty to file fresh EP, if not fulfilled of the requirements as undertaken by Jdrs and both of them are released.
