ORDER

Order dt.29/03/2005 The complaint is partly allowed. The O.P. is hereby directed to recalculate the bills for two and half months i.e, for July, August and for 15 days in the month of September only and take action to collect the same and also the arrears of Rs.3,118/- and after adjusting the amount of Rs.4,430/- which is already collected from the complainant and take action to recover only for those months mentioned above. If this order is not complied with in 2 months from the receipt of copy of this order the O.P. is further directed to pay the damages of Rs.500/-.
