Order dt.09/10/1990 Complaint is allowed. The Executive Enigneer, KEB, Madikeri is directed to errect RCC poles and after the service main is made available by the complainant, give her power supply immediately. The demand of Rs.197-40 as consumption charges from the complainant is illegal and not enforceable in law. Time limit of 60 days is allowed to carry out this order.
