Order dt.30/04/1993 Complainant present. Respondent absent though served. Placed exparte. Complainant has prove his case by affidavit. Affidavit filed perused same and complaint. The relief of complainant is to direct the respondent to given connection of power to his residence and repsondent has issued notice demanding Rs.891/- from the complainant.
