The complaint is allowed partly and request 
to pay back the amount collected by the OP
from the complainant as line charges 
minimum charges Etc. for these 52 days and 
order to pay the expenditure of Rs.375
incurred by the complainant to save his coconut tree
Th OP has to pay Rs.375 to the complainant
within two months and if he fails to pay 
the amount with in the stipulated time the OPto pay the interest 
 15PERCENT p.a. .orders as to costs
