                   Heard. The learned counsel for the appellant. Mr. Srikant Saran Singh Advocate appears on behalf of the respondent. The order dated 30.11.2017 dismissing complaint has been challenged by filling on 26.02.2018. The delay to object is condone on the ground of delay in commitment of the Advocate of the appellant. It is submitted that the court has filed case of theft of electric energy under section 379(1) IPC/ 130 Electric Act which is justified in law.

         Respondent submits that consumer of electric Energy assaulted if aggrieved ought to have appeal before competent officer of the Board under article 127 of the electric Act.

           We have considered the rival submissions. Apart from the delay the complaint has been dismissed upon due to consideration. The order cannot be faulted. Appeal stands dismissed at the admission stage itself.
