The Adv. for Complainant files hazira & present. Heard. Perused the case record. The electric bill filed in the name of Bijuli Khatua, S/o. Purastam Khatua, who is not a Complainant in this case. There is no such documents in support of Complainant for claim himself to be Consumer. However, on careful consideration of all the materials available in the case record, we found no primafacie materials in favour of the Complainant to be a Consumer. Hence, the complaint case is not admitted & rejected accordingly.
