The case is posted today for hearing, as last chance to the complainant. Advocate for the complainant is absent, no steps filed. Advocate for the O.Ps is present & files hazira. On repeated calls, none respond on behalf of the complainant. Hence, hearing of the case could not be taken up. Perused the case record.

                                         In the present case, the O.Ps were appeared & filed w/v. As it appears from the case record that the complainant remained absent since 30.03.2024 to till today and also not complied the interim order, passed by this Commission on 19.02.2024. Thus, hearing of the case impaired & the valuable time of this Commission is being wasted. Advocate for the complainant also not received the copy of w/v filed by the O.Ps. In the above facts and circumstances of the case, it is presumed that the complainant has no interest to prosecute his own case. Considering the nature & conduct of the complainant, this Commission is of the view that the complaint of the complainant should be dismissed.   

                                         Accordingly, the complaint of the complainant is dismissed for non-prosecution of the case. The interim order, if any, passed against the O.Ps is treated to be infructuous.
