          (Against the order dated 19-09-2007 in Complaint Case No.01 of 2003 passed by the District Consumer Forum, Sitamarhi.)

Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and respondent.

 

 We have heard the submission and perused the impugned order as also the order dated 08-07-2016 in Appeal No. 511 of 2008.

 

 Considering the above we set aside the order dated 19-09-2007 under appeal. The matter is remanded for hearing and passing order a fresh on merit, after giving opportunity to both the sides. Let final order be passed preferably within a period of three months.  Both parties to appear in the complaint case on 22-06-2017 before the District Forum, Sitamarhi.

 

 The appeal stands allowed as above.
