11. 10.03.21/10.02.2021          :             This case record is taken up today on the strength of a memo dt.10.02.2021 filed by the A/R for the complainant.  In its memo the A/R for the complainant stated that, both the parties in this case have agreed to settle their disputes amicably out of court and hence the complainant does not want to proceed with this case against the Ops.

                             Perused the contents of memo and submissions of the A/R for the complainant.  In view of above developments, we accept the memo and close this case against the OPs.  Pronounced in the open Commission on this the 10^th day of Feb., 2021.

                             Issue free copy of this order to the parties concerned.
