The case is posted today for filing of fresh steps against O.Ps No.2 to 4 by Advocate for the complainant, as last chance. Advocate for the complainant is absent, no steps filed. Advocate for the O.P No.1 is also absent. On repeated calls, none respond on behalf of the complainant. Hence, hearing of the case could not be taken up. Perused the case record.

                                         In the present case, though the O.P No.1 was appeared, but not filed w/v. As it appears from the case record that the complainant remained absent since 01.01.2021 to till today except 16.07.2022 and also not filed fresh steps against the O.Ps No.2 to 4, in spite of several directions to him for filing of the same. Thus, hearing of the case impaired & the valuable time of this Commission is being wasted. In the above facts and circumstances of the case, it is presumed that the complainant has no interest to prosecute his own case. Considering the nature & conduct of the complainant, this Commission is of the view that the complaint of the complainant should be dismissed.   

                                         Accordingly, the complaint of the complainant is dismissed for non-prosecution of the case.
