Today is fixed for show cause by Complainant for his absence without any steps on the date of admission hearing.

Complainant is absent without any steps.

It is now 11.25 p.m.  On repeated calls neither the Complainant nor his advocate is found present either to take steps or to file show cause.

In view of the above facts & circumstances we have sufficient reason to believe that the Complainant has lost his interest to proceed with this case.

Accordingly, this case is liable to be dismissed.

Hence, it is

That the Complainant Case no.24 of 2017 be and same is hereby dismissed for default ; but without cost.
