                   In view of the stay order dated 3.9.2010 passed by the Hon’ble State Commission in FA No.290 of 2010, the present execution would not sustain. The execution application is accordingly dismissed as unsatisfied. The complainant would be at liberty to file fresh execution application as and when the stay order is vacated or after the decision of FA No.290 of 2010, if need be.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
