Present:  Sh. Vinay Bansal, counsel for the complainant.

                 

                Case file taken up on the application of moved by the learned counsel for the complainant for grant of permission to withdraw the complainant.

                At the stage, learned counsel for the complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that matter has been compromised with the OPs. Hence, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint further and withdraw the same.

                In view of statement of learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
