Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Petitioner moved application for permission to withdraw this revision petition with liberty to pursue the matter before appropriate Court/Forum. Application allowed and revision petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to approach appropriate Court/Forum and approach Court/Forum will consider delay in proceedings in the light of law laid down by the Apex Court in the case of Laxmi Engineering Works Vs. P.S.G. Industrial Institute (reported in (1195) 3 SCC 583).
