As per Section 69 of Consumer Protection Act 2019, the District Commission, shall not admit a complaint unless it is filed within two years from the date on which the cause of action has arisen.  Here on the perusal of the facts of this case, complainant is entitled to get family pension with effect from 12/03/2017 as she attained the aged of 58 years on 12/03/2017.  Further seen that the date of cessation of Membership  was on 26/03/2001.  The letter issued by M/s National seeds corporation Ltd to OP2 and copy to complainant was on 29/06/2018.  Due to the said facts, this complaint is barred by limitation.  Further complainant here in has not satisfied this commission as per section 69 (1) that he had sufficient cause for not filing the complaint within such period.  Issuing Lawyer notice to opposite party never extend the period of limitation.

Due to the above reasons this complaint is barred by Limitation.  Hence complaint is dismissed in Limine
