JUDGMENT
Complainant has filed the consumer complaint U/s.12 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 seeking redressal of his grievance.
Matter was heard and order reserved on 26.11.2019 but not pronounced for which fresh notice was issued but none appears.
Complainant raising the grievance has already approached Learned GRF in C.c. Case No.GRF/JED/243/2016, which has already been disposed of on 10.6.2016 and almost facing the same grievance again before this Commission is not maintainable as there is provision of appeal U/s.42(6) of E.C. Act. As such the present consumer complaint is not maintainable and accordingly consumer complaint is dismissed. No cost.
