ORDER BY HON’BLE PRESIDENT- MR. P.K. PADHI:

                                                                                                  JUDGMENT

            This is a case U/s.135 of Electricity Act, 19 in which we have no power to entertain in view of the decision of Hon’ble Apex Court in the case of State of U.P. Vrs. Md. Anis Ahemad. Complainant has filed written notes of argument which we have perused but in view of the settled position of law we are handicapped to interfere in any case where Section 135 is involved.

            However liberty is hereby given to the complainant to approach appropriate authority i.e. (Dy. Electrical Inspector, TPCODL) to redress his grievance. With the aforesaid observation and direction the consumer complaint is disposed of. No cost.
