ORDER BY HON’BLE PRESIDENT- MR. P.K. PADHI:

                                                                                          JUDGMENT

            Matter is regarding excess billing. Both parties have not disputed the incorrect billing and the opposite parties have admitted to deduct/withdrawn Rs.44,108.81 paisa from the bill. The complainant has already paid Rs.7,000/- as per our order dtd.31.3.2023.

            In view of the aforesaid fact we direct the opposite parties to deduct Rs.51,108.81 paisa (Rs.44,108.81 paisa + Rs.7,000/-) from the bill. The complainant shall pay the rest bill within 15 days from the date of passing of the order and shall also pay regular bill. The opposite parties shall show the payment in the next bill and satisfy the complainant regarding settlement of his bill. With the aforesaid observation and direction the consumer complaint is disposed of. No cost.  

            Pronounced in the open Commission on this 23rd February,2024.
