ORDER BY HON’BLE PRESIDENT- MR. P.K. PADHI:

                                                                                                    JUDGMENT

             Matter relates to Sec.126 & 135 of I.E. Act, 2003 and as per the settled principles of law as decided by the Hon’ble Apex Court in the case of U.P. Power Corporation Ltd., Vrs. Md. Anis Ahmed, Consumer Commission has no power to adjudicate the issue.

            But as complainant has already paid the reassessed final amount of Rs.41,053/- there remains nothing for adjudication. Hence the consumer complaint is dismissed being infrouctous. 

            Pronounced in the open Commission on this 29th February,2024.
