Out of which 1/3 of the amount Rs.3,382/- will be remitted on or before 31..12..2008 and the remaining amount will be remitted in three equal monthly installments on or before 31..01..2009, 28..02..2009 & 31..03..2009. The complaint is disposed of accordingly.
