Order no.  1,  dt.25.03.2023.

This case record has been placed before the ld. Judges of Upobhokta Lok Adalat which is held on this day at the court room of D.C.D.R.C., Hooghly.

Complainant and op nos. 1 and 2 are found ready. Op no. 2 is represented by his ld. Lawyer.

Heard both sides. Considered submission of both parties.

The disputes involved in this case have been amicably settled and to that effect the ops have paid Rs. 15,000/- to the complainant and complainant received the same.

In support of this point of contention one joint petition has been filed supported by documents out of which one Xerox copy of the bank draft has been filed on which there is endorsement of the complainant  showing that he has received the said amount of Rs. 15,000/-.

The bank draft is of Axix bank amounting to Rs. 15,000/- has been issued.

As the disputes has been settled between the parties, ld. Judges of this Upobhokta Lok Adalat are of the view that there is no reason to stand on the way of settlement.

In the result, it is accordingly,

Ordered

 that this complaint case be and the same is dismissed as it is withdrawn.

Let the joint petition of the bank draft be made a part of this order.

Let a free certified copy of this order be handed over to the parties immediately.

Let this order be uploaded in the official website of D.C.D.R.C, Hooghly.
