One Smt. Rita Roy, Wife of Late Bablu Roy, is personally present and has filed on affidavit sworn by Kalipada Roy that Rita Roy is the daughter in law.  She has also filed an application praying therein to alow her to withdraw the amount of Rs.20,000/- as has been ordered by this Forum in Malda D.F. Case No.08/2007.

 

She has been identified by ld. advocate.  This Forum also has put some questions to Smt. Rita Roy and satisfies itself that she is the geneuince person.

 

Accordingly, these appears to hindrance to allow her to receive the cheque No.MALD 148994 dt.23.8.2007 which is on record.

 

In view above let the aforesiad cheque be handed over to Smt. Rita Roy, who is recieve the same in person on putting her signature on body of this order on proper identification by the Ld. advocate.

 

LATER:

In view of the fact that the aforesaid cheque for Rs.20,000/- has been received by Smt. Rita Roy today being identified by Ld. advocate and duly signed by the person concerned, the case is disposed of on full satisfaction.
