ORDER

O.P. files hajira for Ld. Lawyer. The complainant Bharati Dey is present and files two verified petitions one, seeking permission to withdraw the case due to formal defect and another for exemption of cost. Perused both the petitions and case record. Heard complainant in person and the Ld. Lawyers for both sides. Ld. Lawyer for the O.P.opposed complainant’s prayer for withdrawal of this case. Considered. For the ends of justice and considering the financial condition of the complainant we allow both the prayers of the complainant without cost. The cost of Rs.500/- imposed to the complainant on the previous date i.e. 02/12/2014 is exempted. The complainant is permitted to withdraw this case due to formal defects. Both the petitions filed today and this are disposed of accordingly.
