          DHr is not present. Advocate for JDr filed a memo stating that, an amount of Rs.12,25,000/- by way of cheque dated 4-8-2021 and cheque for Rs.4,59,375/- dated 16-11-2023 was received by the DHr, but he had not come forward to close the Execution Petition in spite of sufficient opportunity provided and further submits that, they have complied the award amount after deduction of TDS, hence prays to dismiss the Execution Petition, in the interest of justice and equity.

          We noticed that, the DHr is not present in spite of sufficient opportunity provided to file memo of calculation if there is any outstanding payment. Inspite of that, she has not appeared. Hence, we consider the award amount was complied by the JDr; as such the Execution Petition is closed as fully satisfied.
