Order No.08, Dated: 5.7.2017

The record is placed before this Forum as per put up petition filed by the complainant.  The complainant is present in person as well as through his Ld. Advocate.  Today is fixed for adducing evidence by the complainant.  Today the complainant has filed an application stating the same as compromise petition and it is mentioned in the said application that as his grievance has already been settled amicably out of this Forum, he is not intending to proceed with this complaint further and prays for dismissal of the same due to non-prosecution.

Upon perusal of the content of the application it is seen by us that the application has been made by the complainant himself by putting his signature.  In our view where the complainant is not willing to proceed with this complaint further as the dispute has already been settled by the O.Ps. out of Forum amicably, we are not inclined to go into the merit of the case and hence, the complaint is dismissed.  Hence, it is

Ordered

that the C.C. No.48/2017  is dismissed due to non-prosecution.

Let the copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
