Final Order / Judgement

For the reasons discussed above , the complaint filed by the complainant U/S.12 of the Consumer Protection Act,1986 is hereby partly allowed with costs.

          The OP shall pay a sum of Rs.1,62,488/-.together with interest at 6% p.a from the date of filling of the complaint i e 02-01-2015 till realization.

The OP shall pay a sum of Rs.3000/- towards mental agony and Rs.2,000/- towards costs of the proceedings.

The OP is granted Eight weeks time for compliance of this order.
