Ld. Advocates for both parties are present. Both parties have filed a verified  joint petition for disposal of the case on compromise. Hd. the Ld. Advocates. Perused the materials on record. It appears that the claim of the case has been settled in between the parties at Rs. 2 lakh to be paid by the Opposite Parties within one month from the date of this order. It appears that the terms and condition as made in the application for compromise are legal and valid. It is accepted. The case is liable to be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid joint application for compromise.

Hence, it is ordered.

That the Consumer Case No. 250 of 2019 be and the same is disposed of in terms of compromise. The OP is directed to pay Rs. 2 lakh to the complainant within one month from the date of this order. The compromise petition be made part of this order.

Let a copy of this order be supplied to the each of the parties.
