The Dhr/ Mrs. Sukla Das files a petition for withdrawal of the cheque bearing No. 016630 dated 12.03.15 for Rs.18633/- drawn on Axis Bank Ltd., Berhampore Branch deposited by the OP/Jdr with self signed xerox copies of Voter Identity Card and Aadhaar Card of the Dhr. The Dhr/ complainant got her petition dated 17.03.15 duly identified by Ld. Advocate Mrs. Sampa Roy.

         We do not find impediment to hand over the said cheque bearing No. 016630 dated 12.03.15 for Rs.18633/- drawn on Axis Bank Ltd., Berhampore Branch to the Dhr. Xerox copy of the cheque is kept with the record.

         The B.C./CCT to hand over/ deliver the said cheque to the  complainant  under proper acknowledgement.     

        The Jdr complied the order of this Forum and the Dhr has no further claim.

        So, the case is disposed of accordingly.                                                

         Let plain copy of this order be made available  free of cost, to the parties on contest in person, Ld. Advocate/Agent on record, by hand under proper acknowledgement to the concerned parties as per rules, for information and necessary action.
