                                    Joint compromise petition is filed which is supported by an affidavit. Ld. Advocates of both the sides fairly submit that the matter has amicably been settled between the parties by the intervention of the local well wishers. They also submits that there is no need to proceed with this case furthermore as the matter has been settled.

                                    Having heard the Ld. Advocates of both the sides and on perusal of the joint compromise petition, it reveals that the matter has been settled properly. There is no need to proceed with this matter furthermore.
